All you have to do is mention you read her profile. An example could be "Hi, I was surprised with what I read in your profile.." And continue with an off topic question.
By mentioning you read her profile, it shows you're interested in knowing what she's about and what she has to say. All the other guys mention about her good looks and they get no where fast.
When you go off topic after, that leaves 'what you were surprised about' unanswered. It creates mystery and she'll be dying to find out. When women don't know about something, it drives them crazy.
