To become the girl guys go for, pay attention to the following:
1. GET IN SHAPE
Attractive girls are into exercise. Nothing will make you feel better about yourself than getting in shape. Honest. I know it takes determination, but if you want someone to be committed to you, you have got to get committed to yourself. Start exercising.
2. MAKE NEW FRIENDS
Guys like girls who are easy to talk to. Here's why making new friends is so important: if you don't know how to meet new people, how will you discover your love? The same actions are required for each one. You have to get out of the house, talk and be friendly, and be interesting and interested.
3. MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY
Guys like girls who are happy. Being happy is an inside job: you have to do it yourself. No one can give you a career you are proud of, or a hobby you love, or a reputation in your community that spells respect. Looking for someone else to make you happy is a relationship failure before you are even in the relationship.
4. BE CLEAR ABOUT WHAT YOU REQUIRE IN A MATE
Guys like girls with values. Identify what your personal values are and then make a list of the qualities and values you want in a guy. What are your requirements? If you don't know, you could wind up with someone who is not at all the person you THOUGHT you were with. In fact, the longer you know this person, the stranger they may become.
5. GO OUT OFTEN
Guys can't meet girls who do not get out of the house. You need to be seen, you need to be heard, and you need to be friendly. The more you get out, the more you will get clear about who and what you want. You need a volume of dates to be able to make good choices, and you need practice in dating to get successful at it.
